Writer | Psychedelic Integration Guide | Trauma-Informed Teacher

My work is rooted in presence, emotional intelligence, and a deep respect for the inner world.
I’m not here to fix or rush you — I’m here to help you understand what you’ve lived through, what you’re feeling, and what’s asking to emerge.

I believe that when we slow down and listen carefully, even the most complex or overwhelming experiences begin to make sense. My approach is grounded, relational, and attuned to the nervous system—creating space for insight, clarity, and meaningful change to unfold at your own pace.

How it Works

I work through conversation, reflection, and careful attention to your inner experience. Rather than offering quick solutions during the journey, I help you understand what you’re feeling, how your patterns have formed, and what your system is trying to communicate, with the main goal of self-compassion.

Together, we pay attention to what’s happening beneath the surface—your emotions, your patterns, your inner parts—with curiosity rather than judgment. I draw from trauma-informed perspectives, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and my experience with psychedelic integration to support a process that is thoughtful, steady, and attuned to your nervous system. A sense of safety for you (and all your parts) is my highest priority.

I provide a physical and energetic space where you don’t have to perform or have the perfect words. We move gently, at a pace that feels safe, allowing understanding and clarity to unfold in a way that lasts. Your inner healer has been waiting to collaborate!

This work is best suited for people who are open to self-reflection and willing to explore their inner world with honesty and care. Yes, it takes courage, but it sure is exciting and magical.

Andrea Lithgow

I’m a writer and guide, shaped by a lifelong process of learning how to understand complex inner experiences. My work is rooted in lived experience—in navigating trauma, healing, and the long process of making meaning out of tragedy. I’ve maintained an ongoing curiosity about how people change and grow—with a particular interest in trauma survivors with complex PTSD, veterans included.

Maybe it’s my Scorpio nature, but I’ve always been naturally drawn to depth, reflection, and emotional honesty. I value quiet, meaningful connections, and I tend to move through the world with a sense of curiosity, watching the quieter layers of things typically unnoticed.

When I’m not working, I’m usually outside walking, writing, or spending time with animals, imagining the many playful aspects of my future childhood waiting to be discovered. I live in the mountains of Asheville, NC, where I’m writing a novel based on my childhood experiences of living in a northern Utah cult.
